Malaysian Choral Eisteddfod reboots online

Malaysia’s Young Choral Academy has announced the programme for the 2022 Malaysian Choral Eisteddfod (MCE) Online Symposium, which will take place on Saturday 9 April and Saturday 16 April over Zoom.

Young Choral Academy is collaborating with the World Alliance of Children’s Choirs (WACC), CHORALSPACE and the Malaysian Association for Music Education (MAME) in presenting the programme.

Sessions for teachers and choir leaders focus on conducting, score-reading, musical games and rehearsal technique for children’s choirs. Presenters include Susanna Saw, Mak Chi Hoe, Lee Mei Yen, Darrel Chan, Lee Shiak Yao, Dr Colleen Wong and Gent Lazri.
