DESCRIPTION:Come and be part of Australia’s largest Sacred Music Winter School held at the University of Queensland in July 2023. \nWhether you are a chorister, organist, composer or simply a sacred music enthusiast, Queensland InSpires is sure to be a week of outstanding experiences and great opportunities to learn and develop as musicians.\nAdult participants will choose between three courses to study during the week:\n\nOrganinSpires: an opportunity to play some of Australia’s finest organs, as well as receive instruction by both national and international experts\nCompositioninSpires: providing development opportunities for composers of all levels in the Australian sacred music context\nChoralinSpires: our largest course in the School, covering choral conducting, vocal technique, choral repertoire and history, and much more.\n\n \nFor young people, there will be KidsinSpires (for primary school students) and SecondaryinSpires (for high school students).\nIn addition, we will be launching the RSCM Inspires Youth Choir for singers aged 18 – 28.\n
